Employee Policies
Employee Responsibilities
Call your staff supervisor (469-0706):
- 3 times per week if available for work.
- When you arrive at your assignment.
- If you are going to be absent or late.
- To give notice (at least 2 days).
- If you are having a problem on the job.
- Are offered a full time position.
- If your assignment is extended.
- If your address or phone number changes.
- If you have friends and/or family to refer.
A Skill Force Employee:
- Reports to all assignments on time.
- Does the best job possible.
- Shows enthusiasm and initiative.
- Leaves our phone numbers as a contact number.
- Remains flexible on all assignments.
Substance Abuse Policy
Skill Force's Company Policy strictly prohibits the following:
- Reporting to work under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, intoxicants, or any controlled substance not prescribed by a physician.
- The use, possession, or trafficking of such illegal drugs, intoxicants, or any controlled substance in any manner during work hours (including breaks, lunch and dinner periods) while on the job and on the property (includes parking lots).
- In any way using client company property to make or traffic illegal drugs, intoxicants, or any controlled substances.
- Any other use, possession, or trafficking of illegal drugs, intoxicants, or any controlled substances in a manner which is detrimental to the interest of Skill Force or the client company.
- Any on-the-job injuries will require a post-accident drug screen.
Safety Policy
- All Skill Force employees will abide by and strictly follow all safety policies in effect at each job sight.
Violation of these Policies will subject the employee to dismissal without prior warning.
